Aldeneyck Riesling Brut is a refined sparkling wine from the Maas Valley in Limburg, Belgium, produced using the traditional method with 12 months sur lattes and made from 100% Riesling grapes grown on mineral-rich gravel and pebble soils. It shows a soft golden colour with a lush mousse of fine bubbles and offers an expressive nose of peach, apple, nectarine and citrus.
The lively, fresh acidity is complemented by fruit-driven aromas and perfect balance, finishing long and elegant. This bubbly excels as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish and lightly spiced dishes.
