This limited release is a blend of rums from Jamaica, Guyana and Trinidad, aged up to 12 years in the tropics and finished for 39 months in Sauternes wine casks.
Aroma
Rich and sweet, with notes of molasses, dark sugar and honey, complemented by citrus and dried fruits. The Sauternes cask adds a gentle, wine-like sweetness.
Taste
Full and rounded, offering honey, caramel and ripe fruit. The Sauternes finish brings an elegant sweetness, while the higher ABV remains well balanced.

Long and layered: starting sweet, moving into wood, light tannins, and a touch of fresh spice.
