Méthode Traditionnelle is made in the same way as Champagne, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. Olivier Douchy stands out for its exceptionally high quality!

The vineyards are located in Remich, along the Luxembourg Moselle.

The first cuvée was created in 1992 in collaboration with the Gales estate.

The Cuvée Spéciale "Olivier Douchy" has repeatedly been named one of the best sparkling wines in its category during blind tastings.
