The Château Les Fiefs de Lagrange Saint-Julien 2022 is the elegant and approachable second wine of Château Lagrange. This cuvée beautifully expresses the classic Saint-Julien style: balance, finesse, and structure, in a more youthful and accessible form.
In the glass, the wine reveals a bright ruby-red colour. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering aromas of red and black berries, cherry, and cassis, complemented by subtle notes of cedar wood, gentle spice, and a touch of graphite. On the palate, it is smooth and harmonious, with ripe tannins, fresh acidity, and an elegant, juicy finish.
The 2022 vintage delivers ripe fruit and fine concentration, supported by freshness and precision. More approachable than the Grand Vin, Les Fiefs de Lagrange still retains the character and class of Saint-Julien.
