Our Laurent Douchy Limoux Rouge ‘Grandes Vallée’ is a complex wine with a beautiful deep purple colour.
An inviting nose with ripe dark fruit (blueberries), liquorice, anise and delicate spice.
On the palate, it is full and powerful, with soft tannins and lovely fruitiness.
Made from three grape varieties: Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and a touch of Malbec (30%).

The wine will continue to develop and can age for at least 5 more years.
That said, it’s already delicious now with meat dishes, game or cheese after a meal.
