A beautiful, elegant and characterful rosé wine from the Cariñena wine region in Aragón, Spain. This exceptional rosé from the renowned Grandes Vinos winery is crafted from 100% Garnacha, sourced from vines over 70 years old, growing at an altitude of 690 metres. Fermentation in wooden vats followed by six months of ageing in American oak barrels gives the wine remarkable depth, a refined structure and impressive complexity.
In the glass, it displays a beautiful pink colour with delicate salmon reflections. On the nose, it reveals delightful aromas of ripe strawberries, redcurrants and juicy blackberries, complemented by subtle sweet spice notes from the oak ageing. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, rounded and elegant, with gentle, refreshing acidity and a beautiful balance between ripe fruit and delicate oak influences. The finish is harmonious, refined and wonderfully refreshing.
A gastronomic rosé that pairs beautifully with sushi, salmon tartare, grilled seafood, delicate fish dishes and Italian cuisine. With a limited production of just 3,289 bottles, this exceptional cuvée is also an excellent choice for festive dinners or special occasions.
An exclusive and refined Spanish rosé that beautifully combines the freshness of Garnacha with the elegance and complexity of subtle oak ageing!
