Our Laurent Douchy Limoux “Grandes Vallée” is a stunning white wine with an intense, clear golden colour. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus, vanilla and peach.
The palate is rich and lush with a pleasant roundness, plenty of fruit, soft acidity and a long, intense finish. Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Chenin Blanc.
Delicious with lobster, fish dishes, poultry, soft French cheese or simply as an aperitif.
Aged for 12 months in new oak barrels!
Since 1995, Laurent Douchy wines have been produced in Douzens, between Narbonne and Carcassonne.
