Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Wine House Douchy, we strive to provide the best quality and service. We understand that there may be exceptional situations that require a return. Please read our return policy carefully below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-day return)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided:
✅ The bottle(s) are unopened and undamaged.
✅ The original packaging is still intact.
Return costs are to be borne by the customer in this case.

- Report your return via info@douchy.com with your order number.
- Pack the bottle(s) properly to prevent damage during transport.
- Send the package to :

2. Return for wrong delivery or damage
Did you receive the wrong wine or was your order delivered damaged? No worries! In this case we will reimburse the return costs.
→ What to do?
✅Send us an email with photos of the damage or wrong delivery within 48 hours of receipt.
✅We will arrange a return label and send you the correct wine or refund as soon as possible

3. Cork taste? We provide a solution 
Sometimes a bottle of wine can have a cork taste. Should this occur, we will accept a return under the following conditions:
✅ The bottle is still at least 3/4 full.
✅ The original cork has been put back into the bottle.
✅ You notify us within 60 days of purchase at info@douchy.com.
Upon receipt of the return, we will assess the complaint and send a new bottle or process a refund.

4. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
❌ Opened or partially consumed bottles (except for corked bottles).
❌ Wines damaged upon receipt due to improper use or storage.
❌ Special orders such as personalized wines or customized wine packages such as mystery boxes, for example.
