General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. All sales and deliveries are governed exclusively by the present terms and conditions. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.

2. All prices are provided for information purposes only. They are non-binding and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

3. Goods are delivered free of charge within West Flanders for orders of at least 36 bottles (3/4 or equivalent) or a minimum amount of 175 EUR, excluding VAT.
   For smaller orders, a flat-rate transport fee of 7.50 EUR will be charged.
   For deliveries outside West Flanders, free delivery applies for orders from 500 EUR; for smaller orders, a flat-rate transport fee of 15 EUR will be charged.

4. Invoices are payable in cash upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of non-payment on the due date, late payment interest of 1.5% per month shall apply automatically and without prior notice, calculated from the invoice date.

5. If the invoice remains unpaid 30 days after a formal reminder, the outstanding amount shall be increased by 15% as liquidated damages, with a minimum of 50 EUR, without prejudice to interest and collection costs.

6. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within seven days after delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.

7. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the invoice.

8. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of the seller’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
