The wine comes from Altùris, located in the far northeast of Italy, near Venice and the borders with Austria and Slovenia. Altùris was founded by Marco and Massimo Zorzettig, heirs of a family that has been a strong presence in the wine world for three generations. The name “Altùris” refers to the beautiful hills of Friuli, described in their native language.
