This organic Cava from Catalonia combines Codorníu's rich winemaking tradition with a fresh, contemporary style. A blend of Chardonnay and the classic Cava grape varieties creates an elegant sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles.
In the glass, it displays a pale straw-yellow colour with a lively mousse. The bouquet reveals fresh aromas of citrus fruits, lime and grapefruit, complemented by tropical notes of pineapple and delicate floral hints. Extended ageing on the lees adds refined nuances of brioche and toasted bread.
On the palate, this Brut Organic is fresh, smooth and beautifully balanced. Its vibrant acidity provides a crisp finish, while the elegant mousse and fruity character ensure a long, refreshing aftertaste.
Perfect as an aperitif and an excellent match for shellfish, seafood, sushi, sashimi, white fish, light starters and refined tapas.
