Desire Lush & Zin Primitivo Puglia is a delicious wine with intense aromas of plums, red fruits, coffee, cocoa, and spicy notes on the nose.
The wine is smooth and round, full-bodied with soft tannins. It has a beautiful deep red colour. After just one glass, you’ll instantly crave a second!
Desire Lush & Zin Primitivo Puglia comes from the Pasqua winery.
The red Primitivo grapes are handpicked, destemmed, and gently crushed after harvest.
The grapes then spend a week in a tank at low temperature.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 22–26 °C over 15 to 20 days.
This is followed by malolactic fermentation and six months of oak aging.
The wine is then bottled.
This process produces a beautiful wine with a deep red hue.
