Delicious Italian rosé wine from warm Puglia – the newborn little sister of the well-known red ZIN Primitivo.
An aromatic and perfumed rosé with hints of dark fruit, plums and dried herbs such as thyme and rosemary.
Grape blend: 50% Primitivo, 20% Negroamaro, 20% Syrah and 10% Chardonnay.
Gentle cold pressing is used to extract the colour.
The must is chilled and transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it rests long enough to separate solids from the liquid.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature between 13°C and 16°C.
