Delicious Italian white wine from sunny Puglia – the newborn little brother of the iconic red ZIN Primitivo.
A fascinating southern Italian wine with a richer, almost waxy texture; an aromatic nose of white peach and apricot with hints of orange peel.
The palate shows lively acidity and delicate stone fruit flavours.
Grape blend: 60% Chardonnay and 40% Fiano.

Cold maceration followed by low-temperature fermentation.
The wine rests on fine lees for two months before bottling.
