Tenimenti Ca’Bianca Barolo 2020 is an elegant and classic Barolo from Piedmont, Italy, made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes. It displays a clear ruby-red colour that can develop deeper hues with age. On the nose it opens with aromas of roses, cherries, earthy notes, spice and subtle tobacco hints. On the palate, this Barolo has good structure and fresh acidity, with ripe fruit flavours, smooth tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
This wine has excellent aging potential but is already enjoyable now with rich dishes like mushroom risotto, braised meats or truffle-based cuisine.
