Produced from rums sourced from two different distilleries in Mauritius, this exceptional blend combines two traditional rum styles: fresh sugar cane juice rum and molasses-based rum. The selected distillates are aged between 8 and 14 years and benefit from maturation in Oloroso sherry casks, creating an impressive balance of tropical freshness, rich fruit and warm, indulgent flavours.
On the nose, it opens with inviting aromas of fresh sugar cane, delicious banoffee pie and rich fruitcake.
