The grapes come from a carefully selected single vineyard plot of just 0.87 hectares, situated at an altitude of 670 metres. Hand harvesting and 13 months of ageing in American oak barrels give the wine impressive complexity and a beautifully refined structure.

On the nose, it reveals rich aromas of ripe white fruit, baked apple and juicy peach, complemented by enticing notes of vanilla, coconut, toasted caramel and toffee. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, creamy and wonderfully rounded, with a beautiful balance between refreshing acidity, ripe fruit and elegant oak influences.
