Tenimenti Ca’Bianca Gavi 2024 is a fresh and elegant white wine from the Gavi region in Piedmont, made from the distinctive Cortese grape grown in north-facing vineyards with a cool mesoclimate around 350 meters above sea level.
In the glass it shows a pale golden colour with green highlights. The nose offers delicate aromas of stone fruits like peach and melon, along with subtle floral notes. The palate is dry, crisp and well balanced, with refreshing acidity and an elegant, mouth-watering grapefruit finish.
This Gavi pairs beautifully with seafood, light fish dishes, salads and mild pasta, and also makes a great aperitif.
